Position :
Chief Legal Officer

Qualification/ Experience/ Age :
Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B)/ Master of Laws (L.L.M.)/ Barrister at Law. A minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience including minimum 10 years of experience as an enrolled Advocate of High Courts of Pakistan. In-depth knowledge and understanding of policies, laws, rules, and regulations in the energy, financial, and corporate sectors. Proven experience in negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, financing agreements, concession documents, and other agreements related to energy, corporate, financial, and HR sectors. Demonstrated ability to conduct litigation, arbitrations, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). Experience in liaising with external law firms and leading internal legal teams. Familiarity with the power sector, particularly as an in-house counsel with a reputed organization, will be given preference. The candidate should be up to 50 years of age on the closing date of this advertisement

Manager (HRM)
Qualification/ Experience/ Age :
MBA / MPA / Master in HR or an equivalent degree. Minimum ten (10) years of hands-on post qualification experience handling Human Resource matters at BPS-17/18 in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Body OR Minimum ten (10) years of post-qualification experience in a similar role at an equivalent BPS 17/18 position (middle management level) in the private sector, including a mandatory three (3) years' experience in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Body. Master in Law OR Barrister at Law and Certifications in Human Resource Management will be considered an additional advantage. Proficiency in computer literacy, especially in Windows and MS Office applications. Knowledge of ERP (SAP-HCM) systems and practical familiarity with the Electricity sector will be considered a significant plus point. The candidate should be up to 45 years of age on the closing date of this advertisement.

Qualification/ Experience/ Age :
Member of ICAP/ICMAP with minimum 03 years of post-qualification relevant experience in Audit & Accounts of Government Departments, Semi-Government Organizations, Corporations, Autonomous Bodies, large Commercial Organizations or large Public Limited Companies of repute.
OR
M.Com/MBA (Finance) with 18 years of education and a minimum of 10 years of post-qualification relevant experience in Audit & Accounts within Government Departments, Semi-Government Organizations, Corporations, Autonomous Bodies, large Commercial Organizations or large Public Limited Companies of repute.
OR
M.Com/MBA (Finance)/ACCA with 16 years of education and a minimum of 12 years of post-qualification relevant experience in Audit & Accounts within Government Departments, Semi-Government Organizations, Corporations, Autonomous Bodies, large Commercial Organizations or large Public Limited Companies of repute. Knowledge of ERP (SAP-Finance) systems and practical familiarity with the Electricity sector will be considered a significant plus point. Computer literacy is mandatory. The candidate should be up to 45 years of age on the closing date of this advertisement.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field required. Concentration in power systems preferred. Master's Degree will be preferred. Minimum six (6) years' post qualification experience in the following: The candidate should be up to 45 years of age on the closing date of this advertisement. Demonstrable knowledge of the principles of power system planning and operation. Experience with computer-based programs specially PSSE used in transmission planning, power system studies such as power flow, short circuit and/or transient stability etc to ensure compliance with relevant standards/Industry Codes and to maintain the integrity and stability of the network. Ability to develop the outages plan, defence plans and system studies as per the Grid Code liaising with relevant stakeholders. Reviewing potential risks in the operational time horizons, to assess system wide risks and understand required mitigating actions, whilst managing an optimum and stable system operation in operational timescales. Own the communication and cascade of operational outage planning decisions, actively identifying and driving internal policy and process improvements which benefit the business.
