Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority requires services of qualified individual to fill the following vacant post on contract basis where selection will be made purely on suitability and merit:-

​

Post : Director Security (Equivalent to EG-09)

No. of Seat (s) : One (01)

Prescribed Qualification & Experience : 

Masters with 02nd Division from HEC Recognized University / Institute. 

Any other professional degrees / intelligence related training / Aviation Security training or course will be added qualification.  

Minimum 25 years experience in any management cadre with at least 10 years experience of handling security related issues in a large public sector / military setup 

Experience of at least 02 years in command position in BS-20 or equivalent in a security or intelligence related setup

Experience of Working with Information Technology and Security Systems will be preferred.

Experience in conducting Security Inspections & Audits and Disaster Relief would be an added qualification  

Strong working knowledge of security related laws and their implementation

Strong administrative skills such as decision making, planning and organizing abilities

Knowledge of ICAO Standards and recommended practices pertaining to Aviation Security

Quota & Pay : Merit  & Lump Sum Package of Rs. 589,254 Per Month (Negotiable as per policy)

Contract Period : Three (03) Years (extendable)

Age Limit : Maximum 57 years of age (including all age relaxations)

Note:- The incumbent may be placed in Pakistan Airport Authority as per the service exigencies and decision of Competent Forum.
